Orders are usually shipped out the same business day the order is received.

We ship within Canada and the USA.

FREE shipping is available for all qualified orders over $99.00 (before taxes in Canada)!

Canada Post Regular and FREE shipping are usually received the next business day locally,
1-3 business days regionally and 2-7 business days nationally between major Canadian centers.

Xpresspost shipments are received the next day locally, 1-2 business days regionally and 2 business days nationally.

Priority Post shipments are received the next morning nationally.

Store Pick Ups are usually ready moments after the order is placed during business hours. 


CLEARANCE items are considered FINAL SALE (FS). We will not accept returns / exchanges for these items.

E-Liquid and cartridges are final sales due to hygienic reasons.

Products with problems due to a manufacturers defect or D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) may be returned for replacement for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty expires even if it has not been tested.
Failed products outside of our warranty period, may be covered by the manufacturer.
First, contact [email protected] with any issues which may be resolved. The return shipping and handling costs will be paid by Divine Fog. 
Products that are damaged through misuse, abuse, are modified or repaired are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Part replacement(s) will be processed within 48 business hours from the time the item(s) have been received by Divine Fog. 
If you would like an immediate replacement, you may pay for the replacement(s) which will be reimbursed to you once the defective part(s) is received. 
Item(s) returned and not eligible, will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
